Страшилки — “little scary things” — belong to childhood oral folklore: camps, courtyards, dark bedrooms and stories retold until nobody remembered who invented them.
STRASHILKI.COM presents newly written English adaptations inspired by recurring playground-folklore motifs: cursed objects, mysterious warnings, supernatural visitors and comic reversals.
The visual style is new. The tradition is older: tell the story quietly, make the room darker, and insist that it happened to a friend of a friend.
